Join Our Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our credible Finance team based at our site in
Barnsley!
This role is ideal for a commercially aware and operationally focused Finance Manager who will take ownership of managing and
overseeing site financial performance, while developing and leading the existing finance team.

of delectable products for UK consumers, prominent retailers, and our thrilling market-leading brands such as Wall's Pastry,
Squeaky Bean, and Unearthed.
Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Your Duties Will Include:
• Site P&L ownership including weekly standard variance analysis (labour, materials and distribution) and KPIs
• Develop a talented and ambitious ACCA finalist
• Lead quarterly forecasting process and annual budget process
• Lead annual standard reset
• Forecast and report Purchase Price Variances
• Partner the commercial team to product quarterly standard margin forecasts and product costings
• Partnering overhead cost centre owners to drive costs control and forecasting
• Ownership of month end processes including stock, labour and overheads
• Capital governance including review of capital proposals to ensure these are financially robust and monitor ROI
• Site finance lead during the implementation of a new ERP system
• Involvement with cross functional site teams to report, advise and make recommendations relating to site performance.
Your Skills and Experience:
Essential:
• Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc)
• Excel knowledge including, lookups pivot tables etc
• Great communicator and comfortable with liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• Standard cost monitoring and annual reset
Highly Desirable:
• FMCG experience
• Knowledge of MS Access databases
• Experience of ERP implementation
