Working hours: As and when required, covering annual leave and sicknessInterview Date: To be confirmedJob Summary:We are currently recruiting Relief Community Choices Support Workers to join our Community Choices team situated within the George Steven Community Hub, located in Kilbirnie. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will work as part of a team providing high quality support to a variety of individuals including adults with learning and physical disabilities. You will be working within one setting offering support to some of the most vulnerable individuals within the Garnock Valley and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:As a Community Choices Support Worker, you will be highly motivated and responsible for providing individualised support within a group setting. Working within the Community Hub you we be responsible for supporting service users and staff with the Community Choices Programme and support our Community Development team with their groups. Our dedicated team provides person-centred support normally Monday to Friday, however to meet the needs of the service this may be required to change, depending on the activity.
