Service Manager: MASH and Integrated Front Door – Children’s Social Care
Are you an inspiring leader passionate about making a real difference for children and families? The Isle of Wight Council is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Service Manager for our MASH and Integrated Front Door, providing strategic leadership across the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, Assessment, Early Help, Out of Hours services and the Youth Justice Service.
This is a unique opportunity to shape an ambitious, connected and child-centred safeguarding system on an island with a strong sense of community, supportive partners, and a commitment to innovation. You will lead high-performing frontline services that ensure children receive the right help at the right time—whether through early intervention, statutory assessment or emergency safeguarding responses.
As part of our senior leadership team, you will drive high-quality practice, champion early help and prevention, strengthen multi-agency collaboration and embed a culture focused on learning, inclusion and the voice of the child. You will work closely with dedicated colleagues across social care, education, police, health, and the voluntary sector to deliver seamless pathways of support for children and families.
If you are motivated by delivering excellent outcomes, confident in leading both strategic development and operational service delivery, and excited to contribute to transformative work within a beautiful island setting, we would love to hear from you.
Join us and help shape a safer, stronger future for children and families on the Isle of Wight.
