Open Door Project CIC is seeking an Admin / Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our community programmes and services.
About the role
This role is central to keeping our organisation organised, responsive, and welcom-ing. You will support staff, tutors, and learners through effective administration and coordination.
You will:
• Manage basic administration tasks and records
• Coordinate session schedules and room bookings
• Support learner registrations and attendance tracking
• Communicate with tutors, staff, and community partners
• Answer enquiries and support referrals
• Support reporting and data collection for funders
• Help ensure sessions run smoothly
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
• Organised, dependable, and detail-focused
• Friendly and approachable
• Confident with basic IT systems
• Comfortable working in a busy community setting
• Respectful of confidentiality and safeguarding
Experience & qualifications
• Admin or coordination experience helpful but not essential
• Community or voluntary sector experience welcomed
• No formal qualifications required

Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, Tigrinya, Turkish, Farsi/Dari, Pashto, Sudanese Arabic, Romanian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian
