Open Door Project CIC is recruiting Community Learning Support / Bilingual Support Workers to support women during learning sessions and activities.
About the role
You will play a vital role in helping learners feel comfortable, understood, and included. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community support and empowering women.
You will:
• Support learners during classes and workshops
• Provide bilingual or translation support where needed
• Offer one-to-one encouragement and practical help
• Support tutors to ensure sessions run smoothly
• Help create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
• Kind, patient, and trustworthy
• Confident communicating with others
• Supportive and approachable
• Comfortable working with women from diverse backgrounds
Experience & qualifications
• Community support, volunteering, or lived experience welcomed
• No formal qualifications required
• Bilingual or multilingual applicants strongly encouraged

Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, Tigrinya, Turkish, Farsi/Dari, Pashto, Sudanese Arabic, Romanian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian
