Training & Qualification
Business Administrator Apprenticeship – Level 3
Mostly workplace-based learning with college support
You’ll complete a work-based project as part of your qualification
Support provided to help you complete college work to a high standard
Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
40 hours per week
What You’ll Do Day to DayYou’ll learn on the job while supporting the business, including:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
Keeping records, files, and databases up to date
Helping with customer enquiries and internal communication
Supporting day-to-day office tasks
Developing key business, IT, and organisational skills
Planning and running a project as part of your apprenticeship
What We’re Looking ForEssential QualificationsGCSEs (or equivalent) in:
English – Grade 9–4 (A–C / Level 2)*
Maths – Grade 9–4 (A–C / Level 2)*
If you have other relevant qualifications or experience, let us know — the apprenticeship can be adapted to suit your skills.
