CCTV Manager – Drainage & Wastewater
Location: East Sussex or Essex office available
Salary: Competitive salary and package, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are working with a well-established drainage and wastewater services contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced CCTV Manager to lead and develop their CCTV survey operations.
This is a key operational role, responsible for managing CCTV drainage teams, overseeing daily survey delivery and ensuring consistently high standards across reporting, safety and client engagement.
The Role
- Managing and leading CCTV drainage survey teams across utilities, highways and commercial projects
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, workload planning and survey scheduling
- Ensuring CCTV surveys and reports meet required technical and client standards
- Reviewing and maintaining the quality and accuracy of survey reports
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety policies, procedures and industry best practice
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and liaising closely with internal operational teams
- Supporting team performance, development and ongoing training where required
Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience within CCTV drainage surveying
- Proven experience overseeing CCTV survey teams and field operations
- Strong understanding of drainage CCTV surveying standards and reporting
- A valid UK driving licence
- OS19X and/or OS21X certification (desirable)
- Experience working across utilities, highways and commercial drainage projects (desirable)
- Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
