Duties:
- Efficiently completing all necessary paperwork for vehicle repair orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle databases
- Liaising with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner
- Managing credit control, including tracking outstanding debts and invoices
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining good housekeeping practices
- Providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall workflow of the bodyshop
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within a bodyshop or automotive environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, or previous experience within a bodyshop is advantageous
- Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
