Summary
Parts Manager required for one of the UK’s largest independent automotive body repair groups located in Cardiff.
The salary on offer for this Parts Manager is up to £30-32,000 basic salary, pending experience, with additional earnings around £3,600 per annum, however this can be exceeded.
Benefits:
- Starting basic salary up to £30-32,000 per annum, pending experience.
- Access to a net-profit shared bonus providing around £3,600 in bonus, however this could be exceeded.
- 20 days holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing over length of service, capping at 25 days.
- Additional benefits such as a Bupa health insurance plan, a workplace pension scheme, company events, and a staff referral scheme.

- You are required to work a 42.5-hour week Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Requirements:
- A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities:
- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
