About the role:
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base.
We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young female client in her family home in Stockport.
This role is to support a 15 year old girl who has complex needs due to a traumatic brain injury. She is a wheelchair user, has epilepsy, a mini button for feeds and meds, non-verbal and communicates using makaton and her communication book. She lives at home with her family, and we are looking to recruit a team of support workers to provide care for her.
When you will be working:
You must be flexible to do a mix of the following shifts (shifts will be split between 3 team members):
- Weekday mornings 7am-9am
- Weekday evenings 4pm-9pm
- Saturday day 8am-8pm
- Saturday sleep night 10pm-8am
- Sunday day 8am-8pm
