What skills and experience we're looking for
The trust and governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, talented and highly motivatedHeadteacher to join our friendly and hardworking team. The candidate should have the passion to work with and nurture our children, the vision and drive to make a significant impact in our school and be committed to making a difference to the lives of all of our children.
The successful candidate must:
• Be fully committed to upholding and promoting the values of the Catholic faith and ethos of the Trust.
• Demonstrate the highest standards of teaching and learning.
• Inspire, motivate and empower pupils to make the best possible progress.
• Show a commitment to innovation, creativity and inclusion.
• Be able to make a significant contribution to the wider school context.
What the school offers its staff
St Alphonsus Catholic Primary School is part of Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust, a family of 32 primary schools, and 6 secondary schools. With more than 12,300 pupils and 1,500 plus staff, the Trust is now one of the largest Catholic Multi Academy Trust in the UK.
