What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governing Body of Queen’s Park C.E/U.R.C. Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and dedicated Lower KS2 Phase Leader who will take responsibility for years 3 and 4 and, to become part of an ambitious Middle Leadership Team and who will be committed to and enhance our Christian Ethos.

• Are you an outstanding teacher ready to take the next step into middle leadership?
• Are you a committed to supporting our Christian Ethos?
• Do you have a vision for providing an outstanding provision and understand what high standards look like and how to attain them?
• Can you effectively coach and mentor others with demonstrable impact?
• Are you keen to take on new challenges?
• Are you able to initiate creative approaches to learning and inspire other teachers?
• Do you understand how children learn best and never give up on them?
• Are you a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic team?
• Do you have knowledge of the expectations placed on LKS2 in a primary school?
