This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate professionals who enjoy supporting young children during their most important developmental years.
You'll be joining a supportive team that values high-quality early years care, meaningful learning experiences, and strong relationships with children and families.
Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in the daily life of the setting, including:
- Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years
- Confident in their understanding of the EYFS
- Passionate about working with young children
- Strong communicators and team players
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
