Our client, a leading provider of mental health services in Greater Manchester, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Psychology Graduate to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for making a tangible impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Situated in the vibrant city of Manchester, this full-time role offers a competitive salary of £102 per day, providing an excellent opportunity for recent Psychology Graduates to kickstart their career in a supportive and enriching environment.

As a Psychology Graduate, you will work alongside a team of experienced clinicians, therapists, and support staff, contributing your knowledge and expertise to the delivery of high-quality mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the unique needs and challenges of each client
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, drawing upon evidence-based practices and the latest research in the field of psychology
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilising a range of therapeutic techniques to promote clients' emotional, behavioural, and cognitive wellbeing
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care
- Maintaining detailed client records and contributing to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment programmes

To thrive in this role, you will possess a strong academic background in Psychology, with a keen interest in the practical application of your knowledge. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of clients. Furthermore, you will demonstrate a genuine commitment to ethical practice, a willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills, and a deep passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
