- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the unique needs and challenges of each client
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, drawing upon evidence-based practices and the latest research in the field of psychology
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilising a range of therapeutic techniques to promote clients' emotional, behavioural, and cognitive wellbeing
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care
- Maintaining detailed client records and contributing to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment programmes
To thrive in this role, you will possess a strong academic background in Psychology, with a keen interest in the practical application of your knowledge. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of clients.
