- Liaise with external agencies, such as educational psychologists or speech and language therapists, to coordinate comprehensive support for students.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Participate in continued professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- A relevant educational qualification, such as a degree in Education, Special Educational Needs, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within an educational setting.

- Familiarity with assistive technologies and adaptive learning strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
