Examinations Officer and Data Manager Grade 5 SCP 32-40 £42,839 - £51,356 Pro-Rata Term Time only + Two weeks of Summer Term Approximate Actual salary - £39,494 based on SCP 32 To start - ASAP Waverley Education Foundation (WEF) is a Multi Academy Trust, which operates both Waverley School and Waverley Studio College. WEF has over 1900 students on roll across the trust. It develops, brokers and delivers a range of services which support learning and leadership & management and improve outcomes for children and young people. Waverley School is an all through school for students aged 4-19. It also has a Resource Base for students with cognition and learning difficulties. In its recent Ofsted inspection in September 2021, Waverley School was graded as a ‘Good’ School. The secondary phase of Waverley School has 1174 students including those in the Sixth Form. We have state of the art facilities for learning, teaching and training and a strong staff team that are committed to the learning and development of all our students. The ideal candidate will Strategically manage clerical and administrative responsibilities for Examinations for Waverley School, providing oversight of external and internal assessments (mocks) for Primary, Secondary, & Sixth Form students. Provide support to the school for data management activities, including preparing reports, extracting data, maintaining data sets, and supporting leaders and staff to have access to data reports as and when required from the school’s data management platforms. The ideal applicant also needs to have excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships. You will be required to work two weeks over the summer term to support with exams results and enquires. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role. The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
