A Recruitment Company in West London, near Hanger lane / Park Royal, London NW10 area, is looking for a Part Time or Freelance Nurse (RGN) or Nurse Consultant (RGN/Level 1), with a minimum of 1 year experience in Nursing. Would suit semi-retired or person returning to work.
Part Time P/T: TBC
Our company supplies Nurses and Health Care staff to the following:-
• Hospitals & Clinics
• Nursing & Residential Homes
• Day Centers
• Respite Homes
Duties include:
Interviewing and testing Nurses, organising Inductions, Appraisals, Clients visits (occasionally) and other duties as required by the company. Experience of Recruitment/Human Resources is advantageous.
To converse with outside professionals including GP[s, Social Services, brokerage
team, Service Users/Clients Referral Centres, local authorities, CQC and all other Government Agencies to get new Clients/Business
New Service Users/Clients assessments
Creating and updating support plan / risk assessment
Visiting service users when and if required.
Good understanding of CQC legislation
Staff supervision / probation
Managerial /Supervisory Skills of staff
Report Writing, Preparing and Chairing Meetings
Sending incident reports regularly to commissioners
Assessment to work of pregnant Staff members
Plus other duties as required by the company.
