Crynodeb
To undertake this role as a Band3 the applicant must have the required Level 3 or equivalent qualifications. To undertake the role as an apprenticeship to progress from Band 3 to Band 4 the applicant must have the minimum requirement for band 3 and then also meet the entry requirements for the Assistant Practitioner Level 5 apprenticeship program. Progression to band 4 will be on successful completion of the apprenticeship and related study. To commence on band 4 the applicant must already have level 4 or 5 NVQ or equivalent in relevant area.
