We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager

Dayrate: £250 - £275 per day

Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager to manage a Social Housing kitchen & bathrooms scheme in Liverpool starting in 1-2 weeks for 10 weeks!

What you will do as the Freelance Site Manager:

• Manage daily activities for kitchen & bathroom scheme on tenanted properties
• Ensure project is completed in line with standards
• Manage subcontractors and labour teams
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Conduct daily site inspections
• Co-ordinate daily with residents and tenant liaison officer

Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience in social housing kitchens & bathrooms
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness - preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Pay + Benefits

• Day rate
• £250 to £275 per day
• Weekly pay on a Friday
