We’re looking for compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly, inclusive, and supportive team. What You will Be DoingAs a Care Assistant, you will be a key part of the daily life for the people we support, helping them thrive in a safe and respectful environment. Your role will include:Supporting with personal care and hygieneAssisting during mealtimes and social activitiesAccompanying people we support to appointments and promoting wellbeingEncouraging independence through everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, and cleaningHelping build confidence and life skills tailored to each individual’s goalsYou’ll follow personalised support plans and work closely with each individual to help them live life to the fullest.
