Are you a passionate linguist ready to inspire the next generation of Francophiles? Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated French Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school community in the Woking area.
This is a pivotal role starting after the Easter break, offering the stability of a permanent contract or a 'temp-to-perm' transition for the right candidate.
The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality French lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, preparing students for their GCSEs with creativity and academic rigour.

Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute engaging lessons that develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

GCSE Preparation: Support Year 10 and 11 students through the AQA or Edexcel syllabus, focusing on exam technique and linguistic confidence.

Inclusive Learning: Adapt resources to support all learners, from those with SEN to high-attaining pupils.

Cultural Enrichment: Foster a love for the French-speaking world through authentic resources, film, and literature.

Flexible Pathways: Choose between an immediate permanent contract or a trial period via temp-to-perm.

Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.

Subject Expertise: A degree in French or a related subject, with the ability to teach up to KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus).

Experience: Proven track record of raising attainment and managing classroom behaviour effectively.

Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
