This role is pivotal in crafting our future, driving innovation, and implementing flawless organisational changes. You'll be part of a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where collaboration and excellence are paramount. You can look forward to collaborating with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful change initiatives across the group. From organisation redesign to TUPEs and acquisitions, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive impact.
What you'll be doing

Manages relationships with internal stakeholders & HR People teams to ensure their needs are met while supporting senior colleagues in leading more meaningful customer relationships.

Analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business. Utilises AI to increase efficiencies and support delivery of outcomes.

Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities, supports development and capabilities of peers provides specialised training or mentor in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation.

Re- imagines work and existing processes based on user feedback and backed by data analysis. Recommends and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering Organisational Change projects or a workstream within the organisation's change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues.

Develops procedures and interprets and applies policy for area of expertise to achieve specified outputs, or advises the wider business on application of policy, then monitors implementation of those procedures within the organisation. Utilises Agile change methods to execute work.

Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established programme management plan.

Adopts a growth mind-set, recommends ways to improve support for operations by changing policies, processes, standards and practices.

Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.

Identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.

Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility.
