As an HR Support Apprentice, you’ll work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard while gaining hands‑on experience in delivering high‑quality administrative support to our HR team. You’ll be right at the heart of the organisation, learning a wide range of tasks that keep our team running smoothly, including:
• Electronic filing
• Handling telephone enquiries
• Booking appointments
• Organising meetings and events
Your apprenticeship will take approximately 18 months to complete and includes an end‑point assessment. Once you’ve successfully finished the programme, you’ll achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification—and you may have the opportunity to continue your journey with us in a full‑time role.
Training will be delivered by ETC Group, Redcar & Cleveland College.
