Summary
Job&Talent is recruiting for a skilled Administrator to join our team, supporting one of our largest food production clients based in Selby, North Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment within the Technical Department where you will be providing administrative support to the on-site technical team. Our client is a well known manufacturer of sauces and pickled products supplied to major supermarket brands, offering a busy and varied role where organisation, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.
Role Details:
- Location: Selby, UK.
- Pay rate : £12.46 per hour
- Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shift during standard office hours (e.g., Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 16:30 PM).
- Temporary with permanent opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technical Department and on-site operational teams.
- Manage and process documentation, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and traceability.
- Handle internal communications, including professional email correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records using various IT systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist with general office duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A good level of spoken and written English for clear and professional communication.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general email management.
- A strong administrative background, preferably within a fast-paced environment such as logistics or manufacturing.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
