Millfield School is seeking a Wellbeing Hub Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our School’s Wellbeing Hub.

As the Coordinator, you will oversee the hub’s daily drop in service. Using your empathetic and intuitive approach, you will triage students as they arrive—assessing whether they should return to lessons, benefit from time out in the hub, or need to be seen by the counselling or medical teams. Your judgement and interpersonal skills will be key in ensuring every student receives timely, appropriate care.

Collaboration is central to this role. You will liaise closely with the safeguarding team, counselling team, house teams, and wider pastoral staff to ensure a coordinated, student centred approach to wellbeing across the school.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing absences using school computer systems. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accurate recording and reporting, facilitating effective communication with the appropriate staff members to keep everyone well-informed and aligned in providing the necessary support.

This is a permanent, term‑time only position working 8 hours per week (32.6 weeks per year), 8.30am to 12.30pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The annual salary for this role is £3,783.14 (inclusive of holiday pay).

If you possess a deep understanding of student well-being, excellent communication, and organisational skills, apply now!

Application closing date: 22nd February.
