Are you ready to kick-start your product career in one of the most exciting, fast-paced areas of the gaming industry? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Junior Product Manager who’s passionate about creating stand-out customer experiences across both digital and retail Bingo.

Where You Fit In
As part of our Bingo Product team, you'll report directly to a Bingo Product Manager and work closely with:
Operations
Marketing
Commercial
Technology teams
Third‑party suppliers
Clubs and venue teams across the UK
This is a field-based role, acting as the vital link between our clubs and our central product function. You’ll help ensure that new Bingo games, features, schedules and promotions are configured correctly, communicated clearly, and delivered seamlessly across retail, online and omni-channel experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days will be the same, but your role will include:
Supporting the delivery of the Bingo product roadmap across Retail, Online and Omni channels.
Assisting with the development and configuration of Live Bingo games for both digital and physical venues.
Creating and supporting marketing briefs for in‑club and online promotions.
Managing and maintaining gaming schedules across club and online systems.
Carrying out product testing and supporting launch coordination.
Helping diagnose and triage issues, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Working with internal and external partners to ensure smooth end-to-end product delivery.

What You’ll Bring
We’d love you to have:
Experience in product, digital, operations, commercial or systems roles ideally within gaming, leisure, retail or hospitality.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Confidence using data, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
A basic understanding of product lifecycle, scheduling systems or operational processes (or a willingness to learn quickly!).
Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
Most importantly, you’ll be eager to learn, collaborative in your approach, and comfortable working with lots of different stakeholders.
Other Requirements
Home / Field-based working with regular travel to clubs.
Overnight stays when required.
Occasional out-of-hours support for product launches or live operational needs.
A full UK driving licence.
A proactive, adaptable mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
