Are you a data expert ready to champion the strategic use of Management Information Systems (MIS) across our dynamic Multi-Academy Trust?
We are looking for an exceptional Trust MIS Coordinator to be the technical brain that drives data accuracy, strategic reporting, and educational excellence across our academies.
Key Responsibilities
Bromcom Expertise: Acting as the internal expert and Bromcom Champion, providing advanced technical support and training to staff across all academies.
Statutory Compliance: supporting the data team on the accurate and timely submission of all DfE Census returns and supporting the Tables Checking Exercise.
Data Reporting: Leading the completion of data for the Academic Standards Review (ASR) and assisting with ad hoc data requests from Trust leadership.
Systems Support: Providing essential support for the Trust's central data analytics system and other educational platforms (e.g., SAM Learning, Filer).
Data Analysis: Assisting with the import, verification, and analysis of external examination results (KS4/KS5) for performance reporting.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in the administration, management, and strategic development of Bromcom MIS within an educational setting (school or MAT).
Demonstrable experience assisting with the coordination and submission of statutory data returns (Census, Tables Checking).
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and quality assurance using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-specialist users.
Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage strict deadlines.
