Bespoke Career Solutions are recruiting for an experienced MIG & TIG Fabricator Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Brierley Hill, Dudley. This is a long-term temporary to permanent position offering consistent work and excellent prospects for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for a skilled MIG & TIG Fabricator Welder who enjoys fabricating bespoke products, working from technical drawings, and producing high-quality components using sheet metal and box section.

The Role
Fabricating bespoke and designed-to-order products
Working with sheet metal and box section
Mainly MIG welding, with TIG welding required
Reading, interpreting, and building from engineering drawings
Producing work to a high standard and tight tolerances
Maintaining a safe and tidy workshop environment
About You
Proven experience as a MIG & TIG Fabricator Welder
Strong MIG welding skills
Competent and confident with TIG welding
Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
Experience producing bespoke or one-off fabrications
Reliable, detail-focused, and hands-on approach
