The Role
As a Collections Executive, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers regain control of their accounts while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment , aiming to resolve matters in a single call, you calls will be on an auto dialler so you don’t even have to think who to call next !
Handling inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiries
Taking secure payments over the phone quickly and efficiently
Issuing copy invoices, statements, and relevant documentation when required
This is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and problem-solving are key.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally educated to graduate level (though this isn’t essential)
Confident communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
Calm, professional, and solutions-focused, even in challenging situations
Previous experience in collections or customer service is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided
