Our client is looking for a bright, professional, and a team orientated individual to join their friendly and supportive team.
To apply, although previous experience is an advantage, it is not essential. If you have the right attitude and personality, they are happy to develop candidates who are keen to learn and progress. You must have a genuine interest in finance and accounting, be reliable, highly detail-oriented, and confident working with numbers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with processing client receipts and payments
-Understanding client ledgers and completion statements
-Assist with supplier processing invoices
-Help maintain accurate records and documentation
-Learn how to reconcile bank accounts and the importance of this daily duty
-Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
-Learn and apply accounting principles and software tools
-Assist with client ledger management
Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday (one hour for lunch)
Salary: £24k per annum + Quarterly Bonus + Pension + Subsidised Parking + Gym Membership + Time off for your Birthday
