Summary
Support Worker – Young Adult
We are recruiting a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to support a young adult with cerebral palsy in their own home.
This is a one-to-one role suited to someone who is patient, caring, and committed to providing safe, respectful support.
Hours Available:
• Morning shift: 7:15am – 8:15am
• Afternoon/evening shift: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
• Full day shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
(Shifts may be offered individually or combined, depending on availability.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Supporting routines within the home
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Working in line with safeguarding and care best practices
Essential Requirements:
• Child Safeguarding Certificate
• Enhanced DBS check on the Child Barred List
• Driving License with access to your own vehicle
• A caring, trustworthy, and responsible approach
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• Care or support work experience
