We are currently working with a well-established organisation that is looking to appoint an Operations Administrator to support and coordinate supply chain and operational activities across its production sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth, timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The successful candidate will work closely with the logistics function, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting with the ongoing development and improvement of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the logistics team with daily administrative duties
  • Using transportation management systems to optimise logistics and delivery procedures
  • Assisting with the maintenance of efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations
  • Managing data management systems to ensure accurate stock control
  • Assisting with supplier meetings to help improve product flow and availability.

The successful candidate will have proven, recent experience in an administrative role, ideally within a logistics or supply chain environment. You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; experience using SAGE alongside strong Microsoft Office skills would be an advantage.
