We’re looking for a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our friendly Property Services team, working in and around the Swansea area. About The Role
As Painter and Decorator, a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll carry out a range of internal and external painting, decorating and finishing tasks across our properties, including:
Cyclical, planned and reactive painting and decorating to a high standard.
To examine and maintain painted exteriors and interior surfaces.
Supporting inspections and reporting property condition.
Contributing to service improvements and participating in training.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same — ideal for a motivated Painter & Decorator who enjoys working independently but also as part of a supportive team.
About You
You’ll be an experienced Painter & Decorator with:
NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent experience)
Experience of external and internal painting
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
A commitment to providing excellent customer service
