Contract:As & When Job Shifts: A combination of day and night shifts are scheduled from 7:00 to 19:30 or 19:00 to 7:30, Monday through Sunday, including bank holidays. Salary: Marie Curie Pay Scale Band 5 (aligned with AFC), from £15.87 to £19.32 per hour, plus applicable enhancements. Location: Marie Curie West Midlands Hospice, Solihull What we are looking for: Registered Nurse on NMC Register with a relevant qualification and experience. Proven expertise and experience in palliative and end-of-life care within social healthcare setting. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement care management plans tailored to address the complex needs of individuals. A holistic and person-centred approach to nursing practice. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to those at the end of life.
