Crynodeb
Meet and greet patients and other visitors to the surgery Make appointments, using triage methods to ascertain patients' needs. Take general enquiries and telephone messages and ensure they are actioned or passed to the appropriate recipient. Undertake a variety of clerical duties, as required. Maintain good communications with team members and outside agencies. Undertake mandatory training in line with the requirements of the role and practice. Have a flexible approach to cover other members of staff. Review patients' needs and assist them to navigate the services and support they require. Involvement in various health promotions.
