The Role
This is a trainee, sales-led position designed to develop you into a successful Business Development Consultant.
You’ll be trained to introduce DC Personnel to new businesses, build relationships with clients, and support commercial conversations with decision-makers.
What you’ll be doing
Learning how to generate new business through outbound B2B sales
Speaking with potential clients and introducing DC Personnel’s services
Supporting and attending client meetings with experienced consultants
Building confidence in sales conversations and negotiations
Developing long-term client relationships and repeat business
Managing and updating CRM records
Growing your sales pipeline with ongoing support and coaching
What we’re looking for
A confident, positive communicator
Motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills
Resilient, target-driven mindset
Any previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential
Recruitment experience not required full training provided
Full UK driving licence (for client meetings)
What you’ll get
Up to £26,000 per annum basic salary + uncapped commission
