Experience working with children under 5 in a nursery or childcare setting and a Level 2/3 (or equivalent/higher) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for the successful Early Years Educator.
It is important that as an Early Years Educator you are passionate about helping children thrive and reach their developmental milestones and have a dedication for making a difference to children's early development. Good understanding and strong knowledge of early years educational practices and the EYFS curriculum is also important.
You will be playing an integral part in the early development of young children, making a positive impact to their progress and growth. This makes it very rewarding to work with children within Early Years, and it will feel really good to know you're making a difference to children's lives every day.
Working full-time as a qualified Early Years Educator, this is a permanent position to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm) and the salary would be £24k-£28k per annum.
