Join us as a Social Activation Manager

  • Become a vital part of our Marketing team, as you’ll deliver high‑quality paid social campaigns that support our objectives across different brands and customer segments
  • You’ll take ownership of paid social activation, working directly with platforms including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, and using performance data to drive continual improvement and measurable outcomes
  • This role sits at the heart of an integrated creative and media team, operating within a modern hybrid model of bank and agency collaboration. It offers a great opportunity to establish your profile while shaping our approach to social media

What you’ll do

As our Social Activation Manager, you’ll manage the execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across major platforms. You’ll make sure activity is aligned with our objectives, budgets and governance standards. And, as part of a hybrid in house and agency model, you’ll focus on operational excellence, performance and collaboration.

Working closely with stakeholders, agency partners and directly with the platforms, you’ll support integrated planning and continuous improvement. Through regular reporting and post-campaign analysis, you’ll deliver clear insights and recommendations that drive measurable results and impact.

You’ll also

  • Manage our day-to-day campaign trading, optimisation and troubleshooting across major platforms
  • Apply best practice to targeting, ad copy and bidding strategies, improving effectiveness and efficiency
  • Monitor budgets and pacing, following financial processes and approval workflows
  • Complete quality assurance checks and resolve delivery or tracking issues quickly

The skills you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring hands‑on paid social expertise plus a combination of strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Your experience will include working within a large matrix organisation and collaborating across multiple teams.

In addition, you’ll have the ability to lead conversations on Paid Social strategy and performance. And you demonstrate a real passion for innovation in this field.

We’ll also expect you to have:

  • Strong experience of running and trading paid social campaigns across major platforms, including ad placements and targeting options
  • Professional certifications such as Meta Blueprint, Google Video Ads, LinkedIn Insider, and proficiency with Sprinklr or a similar social media management platform
  • Proficiency in Excel with the confidence to use data and reporting tools to guide optimisation
  • A clear understanding of creative and media best practice for both brand and performance activity
  • A commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with digital and social media trends
