We work together to create an inclusive environment where residents feel empowered to live more independently and confidently.The RoleProvide person-centred support and personal care with dignity and compassionEncourage daily living skills including budgeting, shopping, cooking and cleaningDraft personalised support plans and contribute to risk assessmentsBuild trusting relationships that support residents to achieve their goalsWork closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality careAbout YouYou are caring, reliable and able to communicate clearly with people with diverse needs. You value inclusion, work well both independently and in collaboration with others, and bring a respectful, person-centred approach to your work.
