• Ideally has experience of working in a school office setting
• Has experience of MIS software such as Arbor or similar
• Has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook

The successful candidate will:
• Be the first point of contact to welcome pupils, parents and visitors
• Lead the daily administration of the school office
• Support communication, data, organisational systems and safeguarding
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership team and School Bursar to ensure the smooth running of the school
• Manage the organisation of cover for staff absence
