What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, patient and committed to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, support pupils individually and in small groups, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Good communication skills, a caring and flexible approach, and a willingness to support children with additional needs are essential. Experience of working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
