Crynodeb
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Gang to work on a live construction/civils project. The gang must consist of a Ganger, Skilled Groundworker, and Groundworks Labourer, all with the relevant qualifications and a strong focus on health and safety.
Gang Composition & Requirements 1. Ganger-
Proven experience leading a groundworks gang

Ability to supervise works and liaise with site management
-
Strong understanding of RAMS and site safety
-
Hands-on approach
-
Extensive experience in groundworks including drainage, kerbing, ducting, and concreting
-
360 Excavator Operator ticket preferred
-
Ability to work to drawings and levels
-
Previous experience working on groundworks or civils sites

Dumper/Roller ticket preferred
-
Willing to assist the gang with all aspects of site works

EUSR Part 1 & Part 2
-
Valid CSCS Card
-
Safety Critical Medical
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to high standards of health & safety

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Experience working on civils or utilities projects
