Ready to play a key role in a busy, people‑focused HR team? We're looking for a proactive and detail‑driven HR Service Coordinator to help power our HR Shared Services function. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy delivering exceptional support across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to data management - this could be the perfect next step for you.

This is a 10‑month fixed‑term contract, based at our Hoddesdon office.

About our role

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing confident, friendly, and solution‑focused support
  • Managing HR transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to great service
  • Maintaining high‑quality employee data and ensuring our processes run smoothly
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement across the team

About you

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office and HR/people databases
  • A sharp eye for detail and a flexible, team‑oriented approach
  • Previous HR administration experience or CIPD qualification (desirable, not essential)
