Your Impact in the Classroom

As a key member of the school team, you will work closely with teachers to maintain an inspiring and inclusive environment.

  • Instructional Support: Assisting the Lead Teacher in the delivery of engaging, creative lessons.

  • Small Group & 1:1 Intervention: Providing focused attention to pupils who require extra help to meet their learning goals.

  • Special Educational Needs (SEN): Supporting students with diverse learning requirements to ensure they are fully integrated and supported.

Who We Are Looking For

While formal qualifications are preferred, your character and experience matter most to us. We are seeking:

  • Proven Experience: A background in working with children (primary school experience is a major plus).
