Recruitment Partner Location: Home based Salary: £35,000 to £37,000 dependent on experience Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Closing Date: Noon Tuesday 17th February Introduction Are you an experienced in‑house recruiter who enjoys real autonomy, values working from home and is motivated by making a meaningful impact rather than hitting arbitrary KPIs? If this sounds like you, then we would love you to read on as we’re expanding our centralised recruitment team The Role As our organisation continues to grow across our education and care services, we have a wide range of vacancies to fill. You will take full ownership of recruitment activity for several of our services, managing the complete hiring process for permanent and fixed term contract roles. Working closely with a dedicated Resourcer, your responsibilities will include: Creating and managing compelling, high‑impact job adverts that attract the right talent Supporting candidates throughout the application process, ensuring a professional and easy journey from start to finish no matter the outcome Longlisting and screening Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business Coordinating and arranging interviews with hiring managers Managing the offer stage before handing over to our onboarding team who will then complete referencing and pre employment checks Line management- inspiring and motivating your Resourcer to hit their targets by recruiting direct hires through a range of social media platforms and job boards. This is a great role for an experienced in-house recruiter who thrives working remotely, who is keen to support their peers and enjoys making placements that make a difference Duties will vary and you will be expected to contribute to the overall aims of the team when required.
Skills and Qualifications About You We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Proven in‑house recruitment experience (we will consider agency experience but very mindful that some are more sales and target focused than others) Experience within education or care would be great, although the ability to quickly understand our services and candidate profiles is more important A genuine team mindset, with a willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues An open minded and flexible approach to work, able to think on your feet and adapt to last minute changes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels Confidence working in a fast paced environment A proactive, self-starting and motivated approach Interest in contributing new ideas and supporting continuous improvement About Us At The Aurora Group, we believe in giving people the opportunities they need to lead fulfilling, independent lives.
