You’ll contribute to the day‑to‑day operations and improvement of our IT infrastructure. In this varied, hands‑on role, you will:• Maintain and enhance core infrastructure—including servers, networks, firewalls, telephony, backups, and cloud services—to keep our environment stable, secure, and high‑performing.• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support issues with professionalism, curiosity, and a methodical approach to root‑cause analysis.• Work closely with colleagues across IT Services and the wider College to deliver effective, user‑centred technical solutions.• Contribute to modernisation efforts, such as improving processes, introducing automation, and supporting the evolution of our platforms.• Document systems and procedures clearly, ensuring knowledge is shared and improvements can build over time.• Champion continuous improvement, helping us strengthen reliability, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience.What We’re Looking For
