Lawn Primary and Nursery are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. Our school is welcoming, inclusive, nurturing, and thrives on warm, respectful relationships. This role will involve regular contact with children.We are seeking a candidate who is a passionate and skilled practitioner with a strong commitment and moral purpose in relation to supporting children. You will participate in activities designed to meet the emotional, physical and learning needs of individual children and groups of children, including those with special needs. You will be equipped and motivated to build excellent relationships with our children and families, and to work as part of our team to maintain an excellent standard of education. You will be motivated and dedicated to supporting children with complex needs to access learning and to have a strong sense of belonging in our setting. You will support our children across the school.
We are proud to have been part of the Lawn community since 1958. Our Nursery caters for children aged from two to four years, and the primary section of our school caters for children from Reception through to Year 6. We are lucky enough to have extensive grounds, which we enjoy utilising as part of our everyday learning and wider curriculum.
