- Has experience delivering positive outcomes for consumers, communities or society through work in regulation, compliance, risk, strategy, policy or operational delivery
- Enjoys developing new skills and working across a broad range of activities, from analysis and investigation to stakeholder engagement
- Has an interest in the energy sector and a strong commitment to protecting consumers and supporting Net Zero
- Champions inclusion and values diverse perspectives, helping to create an open and supportive working environment
- Experience of collecting, investigating and analysing qualitative and quantitative data and evidence to reach sound conclusions and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to non-specialist audiences
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to deliver quality outputs in a fast-moving environment
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence challenging external stakeholders
