Equans is looking for an PMO Analyst ERP to join our team on a 18 month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package. Equans is embarking on an exciting Transformation journey to simplify and modernise its core business processes and systems. The programme called Simplifying for You is a UKBU wide business led transformation delivering a suite of best-in-class technology solutions, processes and ways of working across Finance, Procurement, HR and Operational processes and systems. At the heart of this is a major ERP Programme involving the consolidation of three ERPs onto SAP S4/Hana and implementation of standardised and optimised processes. The Transformation PMO Analyst (ERP) will have a critical role to play on the ERP programme, reporting to the Transformation PMO Lead, the Transformation PMO Analyst is responsible for delivery of PMO activities and providing PMO oversight across the Programme. What will you deliver? Establish and Maintain Governance: Proactively maintain robust governance frameworks across all business and IT activities, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic objectivesChampion Status Reporting: Implement rigorous status reporting processes, challenging and validating project updates to ensure transparency and accountability. Produce Governance Materials: Create and deliver comprehensive meeting packs and reports, providing stakeholders with timely and insightful information for decision-making.Monitor and Escalate Risks: Track progress, budgets, and risks, escalating issues and driving change control to maintain delivery integrity.Lead Risk Mitigation: Identify, report, and resolve risks and issues, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place for high-impact projects. Knowledge and experience of delivering PMO activities in a Programme or Project environment.Knowledge of working on large scale ERP and other Systems implementation projects covering full Programme lifecycle from design, through build, test and deployMust have good interpersonal skills and the ability to listen, question and challenge. Build on-going relationships.Excellent stakeholder management skills recognising complexities in across different departments and divisions. Able to build relationships at all levels from Programme Director through to all members of the team.Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to articulate and translate complex detail to appropriate audiences.Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, plan and prioritise accordingly.Ability to break down complex problems to identify constituent parts and root causes and provide comprehensive, but pragmatic resolution options.Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management skillsProactive with high levels of energy, tenacity, and enthusiasm to deliver results. Able to work independently.Ability to prioritise issues and demands across multiple Programmes or Projects.Flexible and adaptable with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Who are we?
