Summary
The Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the Water and Air Division of Marlowe Environmental Services (MES). The Director provides strong leadership, ensures the company meets its objectives, and drives business growth while maintaining profitability working within the vision and mission of MES. The role involves working closely with the MD, senior management, and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Main Duties
-Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
-Provide leadership and direction to senior management and employees.
-Oversee financial performance and resource allocation.
-Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all business functions.

-Set performance targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
-Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and employee development programs.
-Ensure the adoption and integration of technology to improve business operations.
-Lead crisis management and business continuity planning.
-Promote and maintain a positive organisational culture that aligns with company values.
-Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
-Drive cost optimisation initiatives without compromising business quality and performance.
